Many years ago, the need to create was born in me. I experimented with many artistic forms until I found myself in painting. However, from the beginning, I felt that what I was looking for was completely "my" art - without coded techniques and forms, full of freedom, beyond defined styles. I dared to fully show the world in my own way. I paint what I see and feel, not what is. Maybe that is why those who know my work describe my style as "basism" and swear that they would recognize my works anywhere.

The paintings come to me on their own. I stand in front of the easel, choose the paints and let myself be guided by inspiration. I am inspired primarily by travel and nature. Nature combines colours in an amazing way. Regardless of whether it is the colour palette of Asia or Poland in winter, colours evoke great emotions in me. I write them down in my heart and convey my impressions on canvas. After returning from my travels, I later find these newly discovered colour combinations in my paintings.

I am very pleased when I hear that what I create gives others energy and brings joy. Sometimes I smuggle some symbolism into my works, but I am happy when everyone finds their own messages in them.
