Laura Rubio is a Mexican plastic artist, specialized in Painting and Sculpture in materialssuch as bronze and acrylic.
She completed her professional studies at the Institute of Higher Culture where she graduated with great distinction. Her career as an artist has more than 30 years of experience in addition to dedicating herself to learning in various institutions as well as privately.
She has studied several specialties such as sculpture at the Academy of San Jerónimo and Plastic Artsat the Universidad Iberoamericana. She currently works with the best Sculpture teachers in the country as Gustavo Salomones and in the field of Painting with the great
professor Olga Orvañanos.
Her passion for orchids led her to develop a great collection of paintings and sculptures of these incredible living beings. Her aspiration is to capture on canvases, metals and plastic materials
the soul and the privileged beauty of these plants. She studied the specialty of sculpture in plastiline in the city of Florence, Italy.
